AureusDrive’s PowerDrive e-bike was developed by commuters, for commuters and everyday life. Based on customer feedback and needs, we have set ourselves the goal of developing a product that has an enormous range while maintaining high performance and low maintenance. Another goal is to bring more added value back to Switzerland. We will assemble the new model completely in Switzerland.

For the PowerDrive, you need mandatory third-party insurance with a number and at least a Class AM driver’s license.

The disc brakes

The reliable hydraulic, high-quality disc brakes of the Shimano brand have proven themselves in e-bikes. The large 203mm diameter discs allow safe braking at high speeds and even in wet weather

The operation

A simple push control allows directly on the handlebars to turn on the lights, change the support as well as the display on the display.

The electric motor

1’000 watts of maximum power and 55 Nm at the rear wheel catapult you to 45 mph. Thanks to this direct application of force, there is minimal wear and therefore low maintenance costs. Ideal for commuters who want to cover many km a year

The circuit

AureusDrive uses a proven, simple and robust Shimano CUES 10-speed gearing system. With a powerful engine 10-speed is ideal

The display

A modern LCD display informs you about the assistance level, the kilometers ridden, the speed, the battery level, the average speed and the still available range and much more. Furthermore, the display has a USB interface via which your phone can be charged.

The battery

The powerful, easily removable 48V battery with 30Ah provides 1440Wh of energy storage. The battery relies on proven, robust and durable Samsung lithium-ion cells. With this energy you can travel between 80 and 200 km – depending on the level of support and riding speed.
